Service - Our team of sales and technical support staff offer local language support in the five major European languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) and with representative offices in Poland and Russia we are focused on giving the best service across Europe and further afield ensuring questions and queries are answered accurately and swiftly.

Documentation - Our operations are covered under Swiss Medic GDP and EU cGMP, and we offer full regulatory support for TPD and REACH in the EU, Drug Master Files for drug registrations and our Tobacco Product Master File (TPMF) is filed with the US FDA for PMTP registration in the USA. All deliveries are accompanied by analytical reports (CoA) and MSDS. Deliveries in the EU and the UK are made customs cleared and door to door.

Technical support - Our laboratories and R&D teams at our manufacturing facilities in India and Europe are at our customers’ disposal to answer questions and queries and provide comprehensive technical and regulatory support.
